Öğrencilerimiz, köyümüzdeki su sıkıntısına çözüm bulmak amacıyla başlattıkları “Yağmur Damlaları Boşa Gitmesin”projesinin uygulama aşamasına geçti. Proje kapsamında öğrenciler, yağmur suyu hasadı sistemini tasarlayıp kendi elleriyle kurmaya başladı. Kullanılmayan plastik bidonlar, oluklar ve hortumlar gibi geri dönüştürülebilir malzemeleri bir araya getirerek, doğa dostu ve sürdürülebilir bir sistem oluşturdular.
Süreç boyunca öğrenciler; ölçümler yaparak suyun toplanacağı alanı belirledi, sistemin eğimini hesapladı ve ekip çalışmasıyla her parçayı dikkatle yerleştirdi. Hem fen bilgisi hem de mühendislik becerilerini kullanarak gerçek bir çevre sorununa çözüm üretmenin heyecanını yaşadılar. Bu uygulama ile sadece yağmur suyunun boşa gitmesini önlemeyi değil, aynı zamanda su tasarrufu bilincini de artırmayı hedefliyorlar.
Fotoğraflarda da görülebileceği gibi, öğrencilerimiz büyük bir özveriyle çalışıyor ve projelerini adım adım gerçeğe dönüştürüyor. Bu proje, hem çevresel farkındalık hem de toplumsal katkı açısından öğrencilerimiz için çok değerli bir deneyim sunuyor.

Our students have moved on to the implementation phase of the "Let’s Not Waste a Drop" project, which aims to address the water shortage in our village. As part of the project, they began building their own rainwater harvesting system, using recycled materials such as plastic barrels, gutters, and hoses to create an eco-friendly and sustainable setup.
Throughout the process, students measured and identified the ideal collection area, calculated the correct slope for water flow, and assembled each part with careful teamwork. By combining their science knowledge with basic engineering skills, they experienced the excitement of creating a real-life solution to an environmental problem. The goal of this system is not only to prevent rainwater from going to waste but also to raise awareness about the importance of water conservation.
As seen in the photos, our students are working with great enthusiasm and dedication, turning their ideas into action step by step. This hands-on project has become a meaningful learning experience that fosters both environmental responsibility and community impact.
